An important message from our GP Partners & Practice Manager
Dear Patients
Our route to request appointments for all clinical and administrative assistance from the Practice is changing.
We are excited to launch a new way to submit all requests for appointments and assistance that is fully integrated with our clinical system.
Benefits:
• Improved speed in response to queries.
• All clinical queries submitted will be reviewed by a GP.
• Improved efficiency of appointments.
– why book an appointment to discuss a symptom that needs a blood test, then have blood test and then need to return to discuss. GP can arrange a blood test and book appointment for a review following?
– why book an appointment with GP regarding knee, back or neck pain when you can be booked directly in to see a Physio?
• Any saved appointments will help our patient population have better access. Help us to help you!
• Keep the phone lines clear for those with urgent queries or unable to use computers / smart phones.
For now, we are not going to turn off the ability to book online but we ask that you please do try our new system.
Please continue to use your preferred clinical system to request repeat medication – Airmid/Systmonline/NHS App, as these get sent direct to the Pharmacy team.
Please use Start Online Consultation (tpp-uk.com) rather than emails, phoning reception or using Patchs.
You will be replied to via your choice of communication.
We really do believe that this new process will allow all patients to access the right care in an appropriate timescale, allowing us to use our workforce in the most efficient way to serve our patient population.
Many thanks, Dr Baum, Dr Tindall & Justin Nicholas-Tippins
